Refund policy

B&J Metal Buildings LLC Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

B&J Metal Buildings LLC provides custom construction services, including metal buildings, workshops, garages, RV covers, pavilions, barndominiums, commercial buildings, metal roofing, concrete work, and related construction services. We do not sell or ship retail products through our website.

Because each project is custom, payments made toward engineering, permitting, materials, scheduling, labor, equipment, or other project-related costs may not be refundable once those costs have been incurred or committed.

Any request to cancel a project must be submitted to B&J Metal Buildings LLC in writing. If a project is canceled, the customer may remain responsible for costs already incurred, including but not limited to engineering, permits, materials ordered, restocking fees, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and work already completed.

If a refund is due after all applicable project costs have been deducted, B&J Metal Buildings LLC will process the refund according to the payment terms outlined in the customer’s proposal, invoice, or construction agreement.

Custom-ordered materials, fabricated materials, specially ordered components, permits, engineering services, and completed labor are generally not eligible for refund once purchased, performed, or committed.

Project-specific payment schedules, cancellation terms, deposit requirements, and refund terms may vary. The terms contained in the customer’s signed proposal, estimate, contract, or construction agreement will control if they differ from this policy.
